How I Balance Work, Academic Life, and Personal Time as a Dance Student
How I Balance Work, Academic Life, and Personal Time
Balancing different responsibilities is not easy for a university student. As a student of visual and performing arts, I have many academic activities such as lectures, practice sessions and assignments. At the same time, I work as a dancing teacher at a school. Along with these, I also try to take care of my personal life. Managing all these roles has helped me learn important life skills.
Managing My Work as a Dance Teacher
Teaching dance is something I enjoy very much. It is not just a job, it is also my passion. However, it also needs time, energy, and preparation. I plan my schedule carefully so I can manage both my teaching and my studies without problems.
Planning My Time
Time management is very important in my daily life. I usually make a simple plan for my day. I decide what tasks I need to complete and try to follow that plan. At the same time, I stay flexible because not everything goes as planned every day.
Taking Care of Myself
Even though I am busy, I understand that rest is important. I take small breaks to relax, listen to music pr spend time with my family and friends. These activities help me feel better and reduce stress.
Accepting Difficult Days
Some days are very busy and stressful. I may have university deadlines and teaching responsibilities at the same time. During these times, I remind myself that it is okay to feel tried. I understand that I cannot do everything perfectly all the time.
Conclusion
In conclusion, balancing work, studies, and personal life is a continuous process. It requires good planning, hard work, and self care. As a student and a dancing teacher, I am still learning how to manage my time better. Even though it is challenging, it helps me grow as a person. Balance is not about being perfect, but about doing my best every day.
